Details of The Registration Fees

1. Registration fees for CMAM 2027 Regular is 540 USD / 3600 CNY per paper.

Early Bird Discount: 480 USD/paper (5-6 pages) 3200 CNY/paper (5-6 pages) (Before June 8, 2026)

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (Begin at Page 7) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

_{*For accepted and registered papers that are withdrawn by the author prior to submission to the publisher due to personal reasons, 30% of the registration fee will be deducted. No refund will be granted for papers that have already entered the publisher's processing workflow.}

_{* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund}

_{* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund}

_{* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund}

_{Conference Date and Place Statement}

_{The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference due to force majeure circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.}
